Terms and Conditions – Pet Stay Package
- Offer available for small to medium-sized dogs only (under 50lb / 23kg), maximum 2 dogs per room.
- Pet-friendly rooms must be requested in advance by calling the hotel directly. Only specific rooms are available; availability is subject to hotel allocation.
- Price: £29 per night, per room. Payment is due at booking or check-in, as per hotel policy.
- Package includes a Pet Welcome Pack (bed, mat, blankets, toys, treats, and food/water bowls).
- Additional pet amenities, including pet food, pet sitting, and grooming services, are available upon request with advance notice.
- Guests are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their pets at all times. Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and non-aggressive.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or request removal of any pet that causes disturbance or damage.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and follow all on-site pet guidelines.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or package.
- Ethos Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Pet Stay Package at any time without prior notice.
